3 in 1

So the other day I was at work and worshiping God it hit me. As of the last few months God as been speaking to me. God built us and knows we can not wrap are minds around the 3 in 1. We just can't and he knows that so he gave us signs that we can understand all around us. So what is it that are bodies need to live? The basic things air, food, and water. We can not live if we do not have all three. So when God speaks to us it is like all the light bulbs in the world turn on! So let's break down these basic things we need. The first one is Air. If we do not have air what happens? Yep we die a very painful death! I don't know about you, but I like air! The air we need for are flesh is God that we need for our soul! With out God we die the worst death every. God is the air for our souls. So say I am in space and decide hey I don't need a suit to play in space! How smart would I be? If you are not saved I was where you are, but God loves us and let me tell you there is no

1 Peter 3:18

18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit, (1 Peter 3:18 ESV) What is God saying through Peter in this verse? In this verse God is painting a picture for all of us to see.  Some are easier then other to see and others you have to look deeper. -How mighty is Jesus Christ?  -What is the deeper meaning of "that he might bring us to God"? -What does it mean "being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit"? When Peter says "For Christ also suffered once for sins". This does mean every couple of years or every couple thousand years no! This means Jesus Christ is so mighty that he does it once.  This makes me think of the company's logo that I work for and it says "Do it right the first time". This is what Christ who is all God and all man did for us and our sins! This should not surprise to us that he

Matthew 22:37

On 09-13-11 after watching God put on my heart to read Matthew 22:37. Then he just put the words and my head as I wrote.  It was amazing to feel God working through me like that! "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" (Matthew 22:36 ESV) And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. (Matthew 22:37 ESV) What is Jesus telling us here. Pharisees are asking what is the great commandment. Jesus the son of God who is one in the same tells the Jews. To love the Lord God with all of our heart! This is something that all of us have a hard time doing. Are hearts get stuck in the world because we don't put our armor when we wake. Most mornings I don't think at all of seeking Gods love. I think more about getting a few more minutes to sleep then rush out the door. The world moves so fast and we are trying to keep up. That is when the world has us in it's grip! Most of our time
